Execution Evaluation

The production team evaluates:

  • Schedule Viability: Is the proposed schedule realistic and efficient?

  • Resource Availability: Are necessary crew, equipment, and locations available?

  • Technical Feasibility: Are all technical requirements achievable within budget?

  • Logistics Planning: Are transportation, accommodation, and logistics properly planned?

  • Risk Management: Are production risks identified and contingency plans developed?

  • CO\\OP Integration: Does the production plan effectively utilize CO\\OP's vertically integrated vendor system?

  • Quality Assurance: Will the production approach deliver the required creative quality?

Decision Protocol

The Production Committee, including the Head of Production, Line Producer, Production Manager, and Post-Production Supervisor, evaluates the production strategy.

 

Projects advance only when the committee confirms all production elements are properly planned, resourced, and scheduled for successful execution.
